If you want, you can put a small amount of apple and banana in it. Mix all these things well. Now the soybean salad has been prepared. Use of guava should be done because it contains very little sugar. The amount of carbohydrates is also very low. The amount of fiber remains in it. So in the week you can use salad for a few days and sprouted grain on dinner the next day.

So let's know how this method works? Carbohydrate is very low in salad and fiber is very high in sprouted grain. It has two advantages. First, as you know, carbs are very helpful to lose weight. Carbs are more in salad and sprouted pulses. This is the reason that eating them does not increase your weight and your weight starts decreasing. Having more fiber in this diet leads to less hunger and also the stomach is easily filled.
To make changes in snacks, you can take cashew nuts, peanuts and almonds, and whenever you get hungry you can use these things instead of eating snacks or biscuits. Peanuts, cashews and almonds come in the category of very balanced diet. Carbs, proteins and fats are all found in it. If your diet is both fat and protein, then your weight will not increase. This way you can make changes to your snacks.

The third change I have told is that you have to drink more water. You will be surprised at this fact that many times when we are feeling hungry, we are actually thirsty and we start eating some food after thinking of it as hunger. That's why you should drink much water.
