You should always use heavy weights to increase size and weight. The reason for this is that while raising heavy weights, your pituitary gland releases growth hormones. On the day you rest, you can do stretching for 45 minutes. After taking rest on Saturday and Sunday, your Body will be completely fresh on Monday and this is the reason you should do the toughest exercise on Monday. Then you follow this pattern on Wednesday. After setting 5 sets of squats, you can go home and after resting one day follow the same pattern on Friday. Always take care of this thing when you set the last and heaviest set then you should do this set on the machine.
