(2) Apple cider vinegar- it contains acetic which is why it is very effective in weight loss because acetic acid prevents fat from growing in our body. Apple cider gives the vinegar fully into our body, which strengthens our digestive power and removes all the stomach problems. That is why adding one to two spoon apple cider vinegar in a glass of water; it should be consumed every morning in the empty belly.




(3) Use green tea instead of the tea that drinks daily. Green tea yields very good results in weight loss. There are some anti-oxidant properties in the green tea which by cleaning all the dirt in our body reduces the amount of our food, which reduces our weight. The anti-oxidant elements present in green tea close the frozen fat, causing obesity to be completely eroded. Green tea can be used at least three times a day.

(4) If you are really serious about your weight loss, then everyday exercises and activities cannot be ignored. Exercise and running help a lot in reducing fat and reducing weight. Exercise will reduce our stress, energy remains in the body; we remain fresh and have a good sleep, which is very important to lose weight. Apart from this, we stay away from various diseases such as diabetes and heart problems. That is why you should include the exercises in your daily routine and follow them regularly.

(5) Healthy and low-calorie food is a very important part of weight loss. Always try to use fresh fruits, green vegetables and nutrients grain in the food and stay away from junk food. Also, stay away from fried things which produce fats. Also, do not eat much sweet and more salt because it also increases weight faster. Eat what you like the most in healthy foods, eat them daily. Eat more porridge or oats instead of rice. Eat more and more protein and at least carbohydrate diet. Eating a protein diet does not seem to be hungry again and it also reduces our eating habits. This reduces our habit of eating more, which reduces our weight automatically.



(6) At the time of eating, take your full attention to food only because if you do other things during the time of the eating, then you do not know that you have filled your belly and you want to eat more. If you use juice, do not use sugar in it and use fresh juices instead of packed juice.

(7) If coconut oil is used in the food, it also helps to reduce weight rapidly, because coconut oil digest food very quickly and does not even cause fat. Do not skip your food at all, especially breakfast in the morning. If you eat a meal without breakfast in the morning, then such food produces fat in our body. Do not sleep immediately after eating food, because it gives your body fat and also has a gas problem in your stomach. Drink some water just before eating, and after 15 minutes of eating a glass of water, be sure to drink it.


Importantly Tips - Sleep at least 6-8 hours every day. If you do not take good sleep, then any weight loss plan will not work. That is why taking a good sleep is very important.
